Boys & Girls Cross-Country
(6th, 7th & 8th Grade)

- Participation Fee is $110 per season
- All practices will generally be from 3:15-4:45
- During practice the runners will participate in distance runs (distance will vary depending on level of runner), speed work, light strength training, and running games.
- There will be one meet every week (see schedule).
- Meets generally start at 4:00 and are usually done by 5:30 with awards ceremonies.
- Students will need to provide their own practice clothes (uniforms will be given out before our first meet) and proper shoes. A water bottle is also recommended for practices.
